Warranty Information

Warranty Terms:

newbow aerospace ltd, Meir Road, Park Farm North, Redditch, Worcestershire, B98 7SY, UK, disclaims all express and/or implied warranties, including the implied warranties of merchantability and fitness for all particular purpose. newbow aerospace ltd also disclaims liability for personal injury, property damage or consequential damages to the extent permitted by law.

Accessories, Ancillaries, Components, Sub-Assemblies

newbow aerospace ltd warrants all products, accessories, ancillaries, and components that are issued WITHOUT a pressure gauge at the point of despatch are manufactured and supplied free from defects in materials or workmanship for 60 days from purchase. Within such 60-day period, newbow aerospace ltd will, at its option, refund the purchase price of the defective product, repair or replace the defective product.

*Any faulty goods must be returned to newbow aerospace ltd with a copy of the original purchase order of which the goods were purchased against and a copy of the newbow despatch note of which accompanied the goods. No returned goods will be accepted unless authorized by newbow aerospace ltd. Requests for returns should be directed to the Operations Manager.

Complete Tire Pressure Check Gauge Tool / Instrument

newbow aerospace ltd warrants all complete tire pressure check gauge service tools or instrument being used to measure tire or strut pressures only, is manufactured and supplied free from defects in materials or workmanship for 12 Months from purchase.

** An extended additional 24 Month Warranty is available when applied for. (If applied for total warranty period is then 36 Months)

Within the 12 Month period, or if applicable 36 Month period, newbow aerospace ltd will, at its option, either repair, or replace at zero cost the defective product.

*Any faulty goods must be returned to newbow aerospace ltd with a copy of the original purchase order of which the goods were purchased against and a copy of the newbow despatch note of which accompanied the goods. No returned goods will be accepted unless authorized by newbow aerospace ltd. Requests for returns should be directed to the Operations Manager.

Pressure Gauge that is used for the purpose of tire inflation

newbow aerospace ltd warrants a complete tire inflation tool(s) that also consists of a pressure gauge that is used for the purpose of tire inflation only is manufactured and supplied free from defects in materials or workmanship for 12 Months from purchase. Within the 12 Month period, newbow aerospace ltd will, at its option, either repair, or replace at zero cost the defective product.

*Any faulty goods must be returned to newbow aerospace ltd with a copy of the original purchase order of which the goods were purchased against and a copy of the newbow despatch note of which accompanied the goods. No returned goods will be accepted unless authorized by newbow aerospace ltd. Requests for returns should be directed to the Operations Manager.

Pressure Gauges Only

newbow aerospace ltd warrants all pressure gauges consisting of no other components or accessories is manufactured and supplied free from defects in materials or workmanship for 12 Months from purchase. Within the 12 Month period, newbow aerospace ltd will, at its option, either repair, or replace at zero cost the defective product.

*Any faulty goods must be returned to newbow aerospace ltd with a copy of the original purchase order of which the goods were purchased against and a copy of the newbow despatch note of which accompanied the goods. No returned goods will be accepted unless authorized by newbow aerospace ltd. Requests for returns should be directed to the Operations Manager.

Important:

Misuse, misapplication, abuse, the tampering or breaking of warranty stickers/seals on appropriate products and newbow products being serviced, repaired and or calibrated by third party companies will also result in product warranty being void.

Warranty of products is only valid against the company who purchased the product(s). Proof of purchase will be applicable to claim warranty. Warranty is non transferable.

*For a valid warranty claim, proof of purchase will be required. Goods must be returned to newbow aerospace ltd with a copy of the original purchase order and a copy of the despatch/packing note that accompanied the goods.

**Extended warranty must be applied for within one month from date of despatch/packing of goods. This date is visible on all newbow aerospace ltd advise/packing notes that accompany all goods. To apply for extended warranty on appropriate products, contact newbow aerospace ltd via the website at www.newbowaerospace.com and simply state your reason for contact, include your purchase order number that the goods were purchased against, state product part number and include your contact details.
